They don't care about their customers

Xfinity is charging me $104/month for internet and Peacock, while advertising a $50/month deal for the exact same service. When I pointed this out and asked to receive the same pricing as an existing customer, I was hung up on by customer service. It very clear that Xfinity prioritizes new customers over loyal ones. I guess, thank you for making my decision to switch providers an easy one.
