They lied

Xfinity has consistently fallen short of its stated commitment to customers. Rather than respecting our time, delays and inefficiencies have become commonplace. Instead of simplifying our experience, we often find processes overly complicated and frustrating to navigate. And when issues arise, rather than making things right, the company’s response is often dismissive, leaving customers feeling unheard and dissatisfied. These failures directly undermine the company’s commitment to delivering respectful, straightforward, and reliable service.”
