I went to my account to add a new e-mail and it said that "this account is no longer active." I look through my account to see you have given me two accounts! I was supposed to move last month but did not move after all. The apartment is in my same building but it was trashed, so I cancelled the move completely. I came into the store, returned all the equipment you gave me for my new place and said "I'm not moving." You acted like everything was fine. You returned the equipment and I called and talked to you to cancel the installation.
But now it says I live at this other apartment, which I do not and it says that the unlived in apartment is my default. I'm so pissed off right now. Your assistant is the dumbest AI I've ever dealth with. I call and you say you're closed. You're never closed. You also give a phone number for Xfinity that leads to an adult talk line. You might want to fix that. This is all so unprofessional. I want my original account. I cancelled the installation at the new apartment there is absolutely no reason any of that information should be on my account. There's absolutely no reason to give me two accounts which basically tells me you are charging me for two different accounts.
