Ticket canceled

Hello,

Work was scheduled on ticket <EDIT: Removed Personal Information> but was canceled for some reason. I would still like this work to be completed. Can we re-open the ticket? Thanks

Hey there, user_g1fvgy, thanks for reaching out through Xfinity Forums regarding your ticket status. I would be happy to check on the ticket for you to get you an update. 

 

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.

user_g1fvgy Happy to help check on that ticket! We just need to get you into direct message real quick. That is super easy! To send a Direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears.
