Ticket# [Edited]

Following up on ticket [Edited: "Personal Information"] to get our xfinity line marked on our property. We are starting landscaping and do not want them to hit the line while digging. We started this process back on May 6. Your original response was "no conflict". Unfortunately, we know there is quite possibly a conflict and the line and the flexible line in which it is encased could certainly be damaged. HELP...time is of the essence!

Hello and thank you for creating a post with your line location concerns, @user_5gxyv1. You've come to the right place for help! Our Digital Care Team is great to work with because we'll always do whatever we can to review and resolve issues as quickly as we can, helping escalate requests when necessary, too. For something like this, we will need to take a closer look at things, obviously. Could you please send our team a direct message to continue?

To send a direct message:

  • Ensure you are first signed in, then you will see a chat box icon at the top right of your page. Click that or follow this link here: https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
  • From there, click the 'New Message' icon. In the 'To' field, type 'Xfinity Support'.
  • Type your message in the text area that appears at the bottom of the window and hit enter to send. An official employee, such as myself or whoever is first available, will respond.

To expedite your request, we ask that you please include your name and the service address alongside a detailed summary of your request/question. Thank you!
