Tired of the disconnects when it rains,

I have made multiple calls to xfinity.
The tech acknowledges the problem is on their side and it something a different tech has to fix and he will put it in.

The problem is never fixed.
Every time it rains the internet will go out. A new wave or rain drops the internet goes out. So it's also effected by wind and rain.
Never will they fix it. Yes it comes back up but I shouldn't have to be interrupted with what I am doing waiting for the internet to come back up.
The tech support one time said I had to have their modem to assure they can see the problem (roll eyes sure you do pal) and I entertained them and said fine send it.
Despite their modem it is still not fixed.

I live in Florida and it rains often enough. Still not fixed.
I have been dealing with this for over a year. I've had the service for decades.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Thank you for reaching out, user_h51ryl

Dealing with intermittent service for over a year due to weather events is not the experience we want for you, or anyone. Based on what you've described, the fact that the connection is affected by rain, wind, and changing weather conditions could point to an infrastructure issue somewhere along our network. In some cases, moisture intrusion, damaged connectors, deteriorated cable, or another exposure point can cause signal levels to fluctuate. We can take a closer look for you, and see if the issue has been escalated at all.
