Told to switch to At and T

Today we were excited to get connected to internet. When the technician arrived an hour late, he told us that we need to switch to AT and T. He also said that it would take 3 weeks for them to fix it. This is unacceptable. Instead of doing his job he recommended another company. After waiting on the phone for 45 minutes I was hung up on.
