Totally dissatisfied with xfinity mobile. who cares?

How do I contact someone, in Philadelphia, the home of xfinity, I believe, that can explain to me many things about the service, business model, technical support, after 4 years with xfinity I really think I am getting [Edited: "Language"]

I have repeated the same series of events for months, to people in person and people in farflung places such as Egypt. Never anyone in the US who might be responsible for the programs that seem to be developed with one purpose, that is to extract a certain amount of money from a customer regardless of what is being provided or not. Reception in our home is only reliable in one location. Important calls drop. I have 3 lines on the account, I only want two. I am paying for a phone that started out as a promotion, I extended our contract two years, I got a Samsung A36 in return. Until I questioned the third number that was assigned when I got the phone, and was paying $30 a month for. for nothing. There are only two numbers on our account, both 425 area code. I have no idea why there is a third number. Plus I am now paying for what was supposed to be a free phone, in exchange for the two year contract. I have been trying to get a stable predictable bill without any unasked for extras, as soon as you credit me for something I have legitimately requested, the next bill is higher than that last, as if you've got to recoup some money from me. Not transparent, often dishonest, rarely understandable, your in store people are trained to mislead, even present false information. I am so tired of comcast, not sure if any of the others are different, but cripes, we don't even have reliable phone and internet. I'm done as soon as I can get out without having you fleece me anymore

What is the number [Edited: "Personal Information"] doing on my account. Does it exist only so you can justify charging me $16.66 monthly for a phone that was said to be free? Am I being lied too? Does someone get a commission for executing this ploy?
