Trade in mishap
I am currently no longer with Xfinity Mobile. I ordered the Iphone 16 pro max, which I never received. I traded in the iphone 14 pro max. Therefore I had no phone. I switched carriers. I have been told for since 4/30 that I would receive a check or etf to card on file for trade in amount of 1,000. Each time, I call in or chat; there’s a new reason for the delay or there’s no information depending on the representative. Last two communication I received were that Xfinity Mobile & assurant were partnering up and I would receive check to address on file in 3-7 business days. Last week I called again and was told that the billing cycle would end on the 25th then check or etf would be issued. Upon contacting them today, none of the representatives have any tracking on the matter. I’ve requested multiple calls from supervisors but they haven’t called. I have been on the phone the last couple weeks for hrs at a time without resolution.
