Traditional TV box not getting input
Hi there - Can I get help on how to get a tech out to our house to fix our TV? We get a black screen and "no input" message. I have chatted and tried all of the trouble shooting measures as well as things I've tried in the past (unplugging, waiting, plugging back in) (rebooting the X1 smart tv in other room, etc).
