In order to get an account changed over into someone else's name, the current account holder and the new account holder must both fill out the account change request form which can be found here: Link and then go into a local store together to provide the additional documentation as well as this form. How to Send Us a Direct Message:

In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
