Transfer Xfinity account ownership to my roommate
I'm the current account holder for Xfinity Internet at my address, but I have moved out. My roommate will be remaining at the service address and needs to take over ownership of the account.
We would like to transfer the account into my roommate's name while keeping the existing Internet service, plan, and equipment/router. We do not want to cancel the service or have a new installation.
Could an Xfinity representative please help us initiate an Account Change of Ownership?

Thank you for reaching out to our team about that account ownership transfer. There are a couple of options to get that handled. You can both visit a Xfinity service center with the proper ID, and they can set up a transfer from there. If you are able to upload the needed documents we can submit a request for that transfer from here.
