Transferring NOW number from old account to Xfinity number on New account
So, I purchased a plan and got unlimited data line included with plan and at that time I was using NOW mobile line on my Phone.After purchasing the plan i contact the xfinity support and agent said i can get my old number to this new line and for that they have to deactivate the old line which was NOW mobile. After that they provide me New number with xfinity mobile and told me that number transferring is on the way but it is been 24hrs still i didn't have any active number on my new plan line. As i do not have any active US number i have to go only on chat support and minimum i share this issue with 10 agents but still no solution.
