Tree fell on cable lines

A tree fell on the cable lines in front of my house. Who would I contact to take care of this?

Hey there user_4vstl0 👋 Trees falling over is pretty crazy, so I hope more than anything everyone and your property included is safe! That said, whenever our lines are impacted by things like this we always want to be alerted as soon as possible to get on top of a fix, so I appreciate you brining this to our attention 🙌

Are you services currently being impacted as a result of the tree falling on the lines?

We can submit a ticket to get someone scheduled to your property. I will need some additional information.

Please send us a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forums page.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon

Click the "New message" icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window and press Enter to send it.
