user_8t2shr Thanks so much for reaching out to us with your concerns! Comcast is unable to cut down or trim any tree that may be touching our lines. If tree branches are affecting your service, you will need to determine who is responsible for the tree trimming based on where the tree is located:

On your property: As the property owner, you are responsible for hiring a professional arborist to trim or remove the tree.

On a neighbor's property: The responsibility lies with your neighbor to have the tree trimmed.

In a public area: If the tree is in a public right-of-way, such as an alley, the city or local municipality is typically responsible for its maintenance.
