Tree took down internet cable, which needs to be rehung. Can't get through to support
Tried calling twice but the menu salad just hangs. Tried submitting a ticket but got an error. I need someone to come and rehang the internet cable that goes from the street to the house, which was taken down by a tree that fell.
How in the world can support be engaged?

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
