Tried to change internet plans and ended up created a second account.

I tried to change my internet plan but for some reason the system instead opened a second account at the same address. It says both accounts are active so I am worried I will be double billed. I don't want to loose my original account that I've had for 6 years and have Premier status which includes Peacock Premium. How do I fix the new 2nd account. Can the new plan be applied to my original account?

user_v7y6qb Hi there! Thanks for reaching out and bringing this to our attention here on our Xfinity Community Forums. I can definitely understand why seeing a second active account at the same address would be concerning.

I'd be happy to take a closer look at what's going on and see what options are available to get everything corrected. In many cases, we're able to review the accounts, determine why the duplicate account was created, and work toward getting the services set up correctly. To get started, please send us a Direct Message with your full name and service address. Once we have that information, we can review both accounts and work with you on the best path forward.

We'll keep an eye out for your message and look forward to helping get this sorted out for you.
