Hello @johnusps What you are referring to is part of our Whole Home Assessment. To get a free pod the whole home assessment will do a system scan of the house and connection to determine if there are any dead zones. If it determines a pod is necessary you will then get an email to redeem one. The assessment takes place over the first 14 days of service then every 6 months after that. Did you just set up service?
