TROUBLE PAYING BILL WITH LINK

The link doesn't work. The chat doesn't work. The assistant doesn't work. The login says neither I nor my husband can even make a payment (it says neither of this has the right to do so). We just want to pay our bill. We need a person to call us ASAP.

user_q8tspa, Hi and thanks for reaching out. I understand paying your bill is important. I am not sure what link does not work, but have you tried processing the payment within your account? You should be able to make a payment. Visit here to make a payment.

That's why we were so frustrated last night. We were unable to pay it logging in either. The system said neither of us, the only 2 people with access to the account, was the primary and therefore no one was able to pay the bill. And your ridiculous AI chat system just took us in circles. After 1.5 hours on the phone with chat, we *think* we finally reached a person who was able to accept our payment. But it took. 1.5 hours. That's ridiculous. You should always have the option to talk to a person. ALWAYS. And it's no where on any of your sites.
