Trouble with Xfinity Hotspot WiFi

I can see the hotspots but can not connect. On my laptop it says I am connected with “No internet, Open”. On my laptop I am connected but it won’t bring up the sign in page.

Hi there, @user_bw0ceu  I'm very sorry for the trouble you are experiencing trying to use the Xfinity Hotspot. Thank you so much for your time and patience. If you can see Xfinity hotspots but your laptop connects with "No internet, Open" and doesn't bring up the sign-in page, try forgetting the network and reconnecting, or use the Xfinity app to connect securely.-Richard

user_bw0ceu That particular Xfinity WiFi hotspot may not be connecting to our network for some reason, especially if all devices will not connect. We can take a closer look at your account, to ensure there are no issues with your ability to connect to the Xfinity WiFi hotspots. Please send us a direct message.
