Trying to buy a Pod

I am trying to expand my mesh network and would like to buy another Xfi Pod. I get the error, 

Sorry, this line of business is not currently available due to a temporary error. Please try again shortly.

I get the error in the app and using a Windows Edge browser. I have tried several times over several days. Could you please fix it?

I cleared my cache. Tried Edge, Firefox, chrome, opera, and the App. nothing works. please fix!

cguy726, I'm so sorry you continue to have trouble with this. You can purchase the Xfi pod at any Xfinity Store if that is an option for you as well. If you would like us to take a closer look,

Please send us a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forum's page.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "to" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message
