Trying to Check if my Service is Active

Afternoon.

started an account yesterday and stated I needed coverage by today. Got my gateway block from the Xfinity store and I’m trying to set it up but it’s just forever blinking orange.

the assistant bot recommended making an appointment with a technician but I don’t really have the money for that. Also, I’m pretty sure it just hasn’t been routed to my house yet/ activated. I couldn’t figure out how to get the phone number bot to answer if my service was active yet or not.

So, here I am.
