trying to get new install cable buried

xfinity sent me email stating cable would be buried 3-31-25 never showed. called xfinity last week and was given a new work order [Edited: "Personal Information"] but no date for completion . I live in condo complex and starting to receive complaints. I worry when the spring clean up crew comes they will cut my line and I will have to go through the whole process again. when will cable be buried.

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
