Trying to switch my current plan to a 2gig unlimited data 5yr price guarantee plan and running into issues.

I'm trying to change my current plan to the 2gig 5 year price guarantee. When I get to the very end of the order on the website, I get this message I've attached down below. The problem is I recently had surgery on my throat so it's very difficult for me to talk so calling support is out of the question. I tried chatting with a live agent and they were able to send me a link to confirm the order but than they said they are running into technical difficulties and can't process the order at the moment. Is there any other way I can get my current planned changed that doesn't require calling it in? I wanted to add that I can see the confirmation screen flash for a brief second before I see the message below. I have tried clearing out my cache and various browsers but same result.

   The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

   Press Enter to send it
