Tv loses sound

The joys of xfinity: no sound on tv, spam filled email, daily loss of internet connection, zero customer service and no willingness to fix anything they charge for.  Who wouldn’t want to pay usurious prices for this product!  All this can be yours.

The concern is not related to Xfinity Compliments................... Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

  •   Click "Sign In" if necessary
  •   Click the "Direct Message" icon
  •   Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  •   The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
  •   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
  •   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
  •   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  •   Press Enter to send it

Yeah I did that nothing changed except now Xfinity will not open youtube app.  The company just has no service just money grubbing.
