TV Service
I feel like I am in the 1990s, Xfinity is pulling tactics from 20 years ago, dead end phone call loops, recordings that go nowhere, people who don't speak English that put you on hold for 5 minutes, then come back and put you on hold for 5 minutes again, then again, then again. Impossible to talk to a human that can help you, the chat bot gets you nowhere, the website tells you you can't do anything, Xfinity is a joke and I will never recommend them or any of their products to anyone again. I would just simply like to get out of my television service. Is there anyone out there that can help me or give me an answer, or a phone number that does not lead to a dead end loop ?
