Two free wicked tickets

I’m a diamond member at Xfinity so I should get two free movie tickets for wicked but I can’t find the promo code. Does anyone know what I can do?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.

Hi. I am having the same issue and am trying to follow your instructions to send a direct message but do not see any such icon and i tried to copy and paste the url but I get a 404 page not found message. Please let me know what to do to resolve this issue. Thank you!

you sign in to your account. go to rewards center. and click on the reward for wicked . there should be a claim button. after you claim there is a button that says copy code.  click on that  and go paste it somewhere on typing line to see code. take picture of that code and you input it on the promocode section of fandango when ordering wicked ticket.

I'm having the same problem as them. The issue is that there is no claim button. There is a non-clickable graphic about the reward with no button below it. There are buttons for claiming the other rewards, but not this one. I guess I need to contact support to.

I used xfinity website reward page on the desktop for easy view.  claimed it and used the ticket already. It's limited to 30 bucks. standard screen. If use for higher screen, you have to pay difference. Since it's required to use on Fandango. you will still have to pay a little bit of service convenience for using site. If you click claim already then there won't be a claim button again.  you would have to go to "My Activity" which list the claimed wicked page. It's way bottom of reward page. scroll down.    Clicking on claimed wicked ticket, There should be a button for visit fandango  and the "copy promocode" is next to it on right.

It seems like xfinity is intentionally making it difficult to claim any rewards. Just like the way they want you to log out and then log in again, so you can get the never ending xfinity log in loop, and are unable to log in to your xfinity account again. [Edited: "Language"]
