Unable to activate TV boxes
Received two TV boxes that we are unable to activate. We speak to the xfinity assistant chat but it asks us to change our plan ( which we don’t want to do ). If we deny changing our plan, our internet service gets cut off for a few minutes. We have the serial numbers for the two boxes that need to be activated and can provide them.
