Unable to connect to a live agent

I have now spent 12 hours on the subject ticket number CR 2 2 486-7903. And installment plan was put into effect on October 3 Internet and TV was put back into effect and now your 24 seven assistant has turned the TV off along with the Internet. I’ve tried calling And. It tells me that your system is unable to help me over the phone I need somebody to call me back ASAP because this is nonsense.
