Unable to enroll to Xfinity Rewards
I am reaching out to get help setup/fix my Xfinity Rewards account. I have been trying to enroll from past few weeks but getting below message
We can't offer you rewards right now
Your account isn't eligible to join this program. To learn more about Xfinity Rewards qualification, please refer to our FAQs.
I am a new Xfinity Internet + Mobile customer. Appreciate your help fixing this. I can provide any additional info as needed. Hope to hear from you soon.

To send a direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it

Hello,
I'm a 3 week old Xfinity customer and I'm having the same issue with enrolling in Xfinity Rewards as well. I hope I'll be able to direct message after I post this.
