Unable to redeem the discounted Universal Orlando tickets available to Xfinity Rewards members

Hi, I've been unable to redeem the xfinity reward offer for discounted Universal Orlando theme park tickets. I've claimed it in my Xfinity Membership account (gold level, started service 11 months ago), but when I follow the link from my offers to the page (https://www.universalorlando.com/web-store/en/us/xfinity/special-offers) I initially see the discounted price but when I add the tickets to my cart the price jumps up way above the initial promo price. It seems there is some sort of technical issue on the site? Can I please have help redeeming the offer for discounted tickets? Thanks

Hey, I’m having the exact same problem. I sat on hold with xfinity customer support for about 2 hours on Saturday after being told that I was being transferred to someone who’d be able to fix the problem for me. Did you ever get it figured out? I’m planning on writing a scathing email to xfinity customer service about this entire bad experience.. I’ve wasted several hours trying to use a deal that is clearly being offered to me by xfinity. Unfortunately, it’s now too late for me to get the tickets- I ran out of time due to xfinity jerking me around the past couple days- & I have no choice but to buy a 1 day pass at full price from Universal because Xfinity never got back to me with a resolution to my issue, which they promised they would do.

It’s just been really bad customer service, honestly. I’m a diamond level member (10+ years with xfinity It seems like they don’t really care if their customers are happy 🤷🏻‍♂️

To get started can you shoot us over a DM with your name and address? To send a "direct message" / "private message" message to Xfinity Support:
 • Click "Sign In" if necessary
 • Click the "Direct Message" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging 
 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
 • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
 • As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
 • An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
 • Press Enter to send it
