Unable to schedule callback to cancel service

Hi, I'm trying to cancel my internet service. The AI chatbot directs me to a page to schedule a callback with a representative to cancel, but every time I try to do so, I get the error below. I can't find any phone numbers to call myself. How can I reach someone to cancel my service?

You can always contact our customer service team by calling 1-800-Xfinity, however our team can also help with the request to cancel services, sad as we are to hear that you are looking to leave our Xfinity family. If you would like us to assist you, please send us a DM to Xfinity Support with your full name and address. 

To send a direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window   
Press Enter to send it
