Unauthorized Charges and Plan Changes
Hello,
On 04/29/2025 my Xfinity plan changed without my authorization, resulting in a contract I did not enter and an overcharge of $272.87. I did not use any of these additional services and was unaware they were being charged for.
I would like to be refunded for this overcharge and placed back on the plan I chose at the same price (aside from the auto-pay discount, I no longer want auto-pay). If this is not possible, I would like to terminate all service. Thank you in advance for your assistance.
My bill on 04/28/2025 reflected the following (correct) charges:
