Unauthorized Duplicate Account Opened at [Edited]– Request for Cancellation, Refund, and Removal of Collection
Dear Xfinity Support Team,
I am writing to formally dispute an unauthorized account that was opened under my name at the same service address: [Edited: "Personal Information"]
Recently, I discovered that Xfinity had opened two separate accounts for the same address. I had already canceled one of the accounts, but later I found charges on my credit card and a collection account tied to a second Xfinity account that I never authorized or opened.
I have proof of the charges from my credit card statements showing that Xfinity billed me through the unauthorized account. I am requesting the following actions immediately:

Cancel the unauthorized account associated with (edit personal information)

Remove all charges billed to that unauthorized account.

Issue a full refund back to the date the unauthorized account was opened.

Remove the collection record associated with this account, as it is inaccurate and damaging to my credit.
Please confirm once these actions have been completed. I can provide supporting documents, including proof from my credit card, upon request.
