Unauthorized Port-Out and Fraud

I'm here to help you get someone's attention on that forum. You can copy and paste this text into the description box on the forum to make your case public:

"I am writing to urgently request assistance regarding an ongoing fraud issue. The phone lines associated with my Xfinity Mobile account (# [Edited: "Personal Information"]), specifically [Edited: "Personal Information"] and [Edited: "Personal Information"], were fraudulently transferred to another carrier without our authorization on two separate occasions (August 20 and September 11). These incidents correspond with unauthorized attempts to access our bank accounts. Despite visiting the Kendall location 117 Av , and trying to resolve this through multiple channels, I have received no assistance and have even been denied temporary phone lines. I need immediate support to secure my account and restore my service."

user_marceto218 Any changes to your account that you did not authorize would be upsetting, but for porting out without permission, we do have a specific team and process to follow. This goes to our fraud investigation team, and they numbers can be retrieved it would be by them. I recommend starting here there are 4 steps starting with picking the type of report you would like to submit. The Second option should be I would like to report Port-out Fraud. Select that and hit Continue. Fill out all the required personal information for step two. You will need your account number handy. I also recommend filing one out for each number impacted to ensure you have tracking for each case on its own. Follow the remaining prompts to complete the submission.

Have you already started the investigation process on the page I provided?
