Unburied cable
6 weeks ago I had Comcast installed. They said they couldn’t bury the line, taped a bunch of caution tape around it, and left. I was told it could take up to two weeks for someone to come back and bury it. It’s been six weeks, they have “scheduled” the bury 3 times and NO ONE HAS SHOWN UP. When I call, they tell me someone will come on xx/xx/xx date, that I don’t need to be there, and brush me off. I have reiterated to 5+ employees that I do, in fact, need to be home as the cable itself is in my fenced backyard that can only be accessed if I let them in through the house. They say someone will call me - they never do. Just schedule a new date, where I’m forced to stay home all day just for (once again) no one to show. The cable at this point is dangerous and sitting in inclement weather for going on 1.5+ months. And, of course, you can’t get a local or department specific phone number so every time I call I’m bombarded with sales pitches. Nightmare company, and I now will have to go to the lengths of reporting the cable to the city.

Hey there, @user_rwaj7j. That sounds like quite the frustrating experiencing with this cable issue being drawn out like you have described. I would be at my wits end as well! Our team can definitely assist with this issue and get that cable buried and out of eyesight. To provide some peace of mind, the cable will not be impacted by the weather due to its protective outer shielding. If you could please send me a DM with your first and last name along with your full-service address, we can get started.
