Unburied cable

Do we need to notify someone that our cable needs to be buried? Installed on 9/27/25. I know it's supposed to happen automatically but I would like to be assured that it will happen in a timely manner. Thanks!

Hello, @user_n17sg7 it may be a bit early to show concern. Drop buries take an average of 14 calendar days from the date the order was created. Permits, weather conditions, and the utility marking process can sometimes cause delays. I'm happy to follow up with you in a week to see if the process has been started and monitor it until it is completed.
