Universal free tickets
Hi, I was able to secure two Universal tickets for diamond members. It says Three park but since volcano Bay will not be open during my trip is it possible to use those tickets at epic?

The Xfinity Membership benefit for the complimentary Universal Orlando Resorts tickets only includes Universal Studios Florida, Islands of Adventure, and Volcano Bay. If one of the parks are unavailable, you cannot substitute for Universal Epic Universe. We appreciate you being an Xfinity Membership Diamond member and hope you have a memorable time at the Universal Orlando Resort theme parks.
