Unlink accounts

Hello. 
I need to completely separate two accounts. 
1st Account : [Edited: "Personal Information"].

2nd Account : [Edited: "Personal Information"].

These two accounts are showing some overlap on my end and I need it fixed asap!! Nicholas [Edited: "Personal Information"] needs to no longer be associated with Sheri’s account in any way!
