Hello @user_ff8fm2, thank you for taking the time to leave a post. I can certainly understand wanting to have your device unlocked, especially after paying it off. There are a few additional requirements that must be met before a device can be unlocked:
• The device must have been active on an Xfinity Mobile line for at least 60 days. • Your Xfinity Mobile account must not have a past-due balance. • The device cannot be reported as lost, stolen, or involved in fraudulent activity.
One other thing to keep in mind is that it can take some time for the payoff to fully process in the system. Has it been more than 48 hours since you paid off the device? I have also attached an article to review: How do I unlock my Xfinity Mobile phone?
