Unprofessional & unhelpful Customer Service

To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding the extremely unprofessional and unhelpful conduct of one of your customer service representatives, Agent ID 3068674. My recent interaction with this agent left me frustrated, disrespected, and without any resolution to my issue.

During the conversation, the agent refused my repeated requests to speak with a manager and instead continued to provoke and argue with me rather than provide actual assistance. Her tone and attitude were dismissive, unprofessional, and entirely inconsistent with the level of service I expect from Xfinity.

I spent my time trying to resolve a legitimate concern, only to be met with complete resistance and a lack of accountability. This experience has left me extremely disappointed with the quality of support I received.

I am requesting the following:

  1. That this incident be formally documented and reviewed by a supervisor.
  2. That appropriate action be taken to address the behavior of Agent #3068674.
  3. That I be contacted by a supervisor or manager to discuss this matter and ensure proper resolution.

Please confirm receipt of this complaint and provide the name and contact information of the person who will be following up.

Can you send us a direct message with your full name, name of account holder (if different), and service address please?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" If necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (speech bubble)

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person".

Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
