Made an arrangement to pay past due amount today to keep my services active. Agent didn't inform me the new bill would be dropping down so now they want me to pay double to restore my services. They won't honor the original agreement

Whenever payment arrangements are in place, it's important to keep in mind that they are only factoring in the billing information available at the time of the arrangement, but if a new bill is issued to the account prior to the payment arrangement being received, that would impact the existing past-due balance. Was your original payment arrangement paid on the day it was scheduled for?
