Hi there, @user_da9490 I'm very sorry for the trouble you are having trying to unsubscribe to the Wifi pass. On this forum unfortunately our assistance with the Wifi pass is very limited. On the confirmation email their will be a toll-free number that you can contact the Wifi pass team.-Richard
