Untrustworthy

I been a customer almost 3 years only been shut off once, I lost my job and got behind on my bill. I set up payment arrangements for my internet to get me more time to pay it, however xfinity decided to [Edited: "Language"] and say I broke the agreement when I didn't I paid off the whole past due bill by the due date. Next they told me I can divide my mobile bill in 3 payments of 80 I paid the 80 and they still shut me off. Now with my internet is behind I went to talk with a supervisor about the whole situation they told me I broke agreement and I didn't, the lady told me she can offer to divide my payments into $50 payments a month for 12 months or until I get back on my feet. Well guess what, they lied to me and went back on that plan and will still shut me off when I was told I wouldn't get shut off and some higher up saying they can't do that. So from this point on I am done with xfinity and will never return or refer anyone to xfinity they have lied to me and scammed me and still shutting me off in a few days. Even after being a customer almost 3 years and doing good till I lost my job they won't even help me they continue to stand behind I broke the agreement and I didn't, xfinity is a lying company and I am encouraging anyone with xfinity to keep a close eye on what they say because they lie and it's VERY unprofessional. They worked with me in the beginning but when I'm in an emergency they could care less I needed help once I get a job I'd pay everything I owe but they wanted to screw me so 1 star for xfinity and goodbye.
