Upgrade my current plan

I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO SPEAK WITH W REAL AGENT AND CANT GET ONE, can someone help me get unlimited data on my CURRENT PLAN. I’m not comfortable doing so on my own!!!

"Search for Xfinity Support" won't work. To send a "Direct Messaging" message to Xfinity Support:


 • Click "Sign In" if necessary


 • Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging


 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon


 • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there


 •  - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list


 •  - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line


 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window


 • Press Enter to send it

@XfinityPeterH: I thank you for acknowledging me when you post DM instructions based on the ones I wrote. However, could you please do so without actually tagging me? Just leave off the @ is all I'm asking. By tagging me I receive a notification for your post, and most of the time it is about a topic that I have not subscribed to and cannot help with. This is annoying, and I ask you to make this simple change to fix the problem.
