Upgraded speeds not taking effect?
We upgraded from a 500 mb/s plan to a 1gb/s plan yesterday.
We power cycled our modem and the new speeds still haven't applied.
After looking around here, it seems xfinity may need to send a provisioning signal.
Unfortunately, the xfinity assistant is useless.
Is there a human I can talk to?

Good morning and happy Wednesday @user_qtjadh, I'm sorry to hear that you are not yet getting those faster upload speeds. It could be the order didn't fully complete on our end, or the modem may not be compatible with the speeds. I'd like to get a look at the account and we can send a provisioning signal as well. Please send us a DM to Xfinity Support with your full name and address to get started.
