Upgraded to FAST plan but the app's speed test still shows old one.
I upgraded to the FAST plan with 600Mbps. The desktop site and the app say my plan is 600Mbps, but the speed test in the app still says I have the 400Mbps plan, and that is the speed I’m getting on my modem. I’ve tried rebooting the modem to no avail. Chat has told me the plan has been upgraded, so I can’t seem to get anywhere with them.

Good evening @iam_guru. If you could send our team a direct message with your full name and full address, we can check to make sure the modem is configured correctly.
To send a "Direct Message" ("Private") message:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message chat" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
