Upload Speed Question

As an existing customer looking to switch plans, I'm confused by the upload speed for the "Connect" Internet plan. The plan builder page (screenshot 1) says "Typical upload speed 114.98 Mbps" but the order confirmation page (screenshot 2) says "Upload speeds up to 20 Mbps." Which figure is correct? And I could ask the same question for the other tiers -- the plan builder and order confirmation disagree in every case.

user_cf4d33 Our online offers may not always be accurate at this time for upload speeds due to our network enhancements. Some customers in the area may have had them done getting higher upload speeds while others still haven't had them done at this time making it still our older speed for upload? The downloads will be the same, but for upload speed you would want to base it off what you currently have. If you have had the enhancements you will get the higher upload speeds. Let me know if this clears up the confusion.

Ah gotcha, so it depends on location. I actually received an email from Xfinity last week offering to upgrade my modem and get faster upload. I swapped my XB3 for a newer XB6, activated it over the phone, and tested 60 Mbps upload. Which is neither here nor there. But just to be certain, I will go ahead and switch to the plan I want and report back tomorrow what speed I actually get.

So I tested this out, 60 Mbps is all I get in terms of upload. Download is exactly what the plan indicated, no over provision at all. I guess my question is answered now. Thanks

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
