Upload speed still capped at 40mbps after "Enhanced" Network service

Hello, I see that my area has just completed the enhanced network service but I am still only seeing an upload speed capped at 40mbps. How do I get the upgraded speeds. I have replaced my older modem with the newest, lastet unit. Thank you

Hello, @user_ahxx8p thank you for reaching out over Xfinity Forums. I completely understand wanting to check on the steps needing to receive the higher upload speeds once the area equipment has been upgraded to support those. From experience, it took a few weeks for me to be able to see the upgrades take effect after I received the communication the work was completed in my area last year. Working remotely myself, I really enjoyed once those became available for me.

- Did you receive the notification of work completion, if so when was that?
- Are you able to see the higher upload speeds when visiting here and entering your address: https://www.xfinity.com/broadband-labels

Hello, I've received the notification via text this morning that the upgrade was completed.

The above link shows my 1.2 gig Plan with a max upload of 41Mbps in my service area of 94577. Will the upload ever be upgraded? This is pretty atrocious.

@user_ahxx8p thank you for the update that you received the text communication this morning, with that being so recent the broadband label page might not have had time to be updated. When working with customer who've had the equipment upgrades, once the broadband label page has been updated it's available, so appreciate you confirming what you see on your end.

I'd definitely like to investigate the location further, there are specific codes on the account once higher upload speeds are available. If I see those I can ensure the equipment is provisioned correctly and the correct mid-split technology which allows the higher upload speeds are added. With you mentioning the 1.2 internet speed, I've found a lot of times those are older speed tiers that need to be manually updated to reflect the next generation upload speeds.

To continue I'll need to gather some information we don't want here in our public conversation.
