Urgent: Billing Discrepancy and Misleading Information on $50 Internet & Mobile Offer

I am addressing a billing issue regarding an unfulfilled agreement for a $50 monthly total for both internet and mobile services. When I opened my Xfinity internet account, the online agent informed me I could qualify for this $50 combined rate if I added an iPad to my account. The agent assured me there would be no hidden fees, and that I would only pay the iPad tax.

After activating the iPad, I received separate charges of $50 for internet and $29.38 for mobile service. I called Xfinity within the first 30 days, and a representative reconfirmed the $50 total and said the bill would adjust in the 2nd month to around $20 for internet and $29 for mobile. Now, in the 3rd month, I am still being billed $50 for internet and $29.38 for mobile.

After multiple attempts to resolve this, including speaking to online support, visiting an Xfinity store, and calling the billing department, I was told I don’t qualify for the discount due to the iPad. If the iPad was not eligible, I wouldn’t have added it, as I don’t use cellular data on it and now face an additional $30 charge each month without need.

I am requesting a resolution to honor the originally promised $50 total or guidance on how to remove this extra charge.
